    cool story, watch out v

    Couple of weeks ago I googled 'charity shop vynil blog'. Clicked a few of the first suggestions, found one that looked good and stuck in reading for a good little while. Ten minutes into it find myself thinking:

    'this is pretty thorough, almost sounds like someone I know. hmmmm. sounds like...' - look at the URL in the address bar - 'fucking GARDNER!!'

    Randomly stumbled onto your tumblr. Good stuff man keep it up.

    Ron Carter - 'Anythng Goes' (jazz funk 1975)
    - great LP and great sleeve

    Teddy Wilson All Star Sextet (DJML 076)
    - bop, jazz, not bad

    Andy Sheppard - 'introductions in the dark' (1989)
    - contemporary jazz saxophonist from U.K. Has got a some really good bits on it.

    ...and...

    Le Maquis presents Residence - The Jazz Touch (2001)
    - another contemporary jazz LP. It's a bit too contemporary for my tastes tho and needs to calm down a bit

    £1.50 each. I was pretty happy after a shit day at work.
