Heading off to the Stockholm Fotomaraton - 24 pictures in 24 hours in and around the town and beyond if you so please. This is the third year it has been running and my third time taking part, after the last one was back in the 90's. Each time the attendance has grown and become more popular - all sorts of people join in, young, old, parents with kids, which is great to see. First year a guy turned up with a goddam travel case on wheels full of kit but fair play to the fucker, he made it to the finish.
As before I am travelling light - only my X-T1 and this year with my 35mm lens just so I have to work for the shots a bit more and look for the detail. The 18/55 can stay at home.
It's a great way to see the city at different times of the day as every check-in station is normally at opposite ends to each other on the map, giving you a chance to travel and explore.
I have loaded my phone with punk rock and bought a load of sweeties. 24 hours is a long time.
