Well, winters here are not as tough as Philly's ones, but don't expect too much warmth. It all depends on luck, weather here's kinda crazy, especially this time of the year. Right now it's pretty cold out there... One thing's for sure tho, if you come in the summertime, you'll melt down like an ice cream in Hell :D
