John Elferink who was stood down today as NT corrections minister remains as the Northern territory's Attorney General, Justice & Disability Services minister & Children & Family & Mental Health minister
Malcolm is inviting Chief minister Giles (who helped create and indemnify the torture of children under his care) to help set the terms of reference for the royal commission.
The Australian minister for Aboriginal affairs didn't watch four corners until his boss Malcolm told him to... He also admitted that earlier reports of the mistreatment of children in detention hadn't sufficiently piqued his interest
