the state, or rather monopoly of force, supposedly protects you from theft, yet it steals on a grandiose basis. supposed to protect you from murder or violence, yet commits murder on grandiose basis. there actually isn't a thing out there the monopoly doesn't have its hands on or claims ownership of when you break it down, nor a crime it doesn't commit and get away with. since it is a monopoly of everything, of course is also your justice system and has proven is above all laws that it makes for you. the monopoly also performs its own checks and balances but convinces you that it is properly balanced. the monopoly has proven millions of times over that its existence is more important than you, and works to protect its existence over yours, yet still makes you believe you are it and it is for you.
all the monopoly is, is really just an avenue that anyone (or rather schmucks) can leverage in order to use its monopoly of force for anything they want, on the backs of society. it's an unjust institution that is forced on the population without any choice whatsoever.
the state strips people of their power of choice, which is the only true way for people to change the world into a more positive and peaceful place. the people are instead left to deal with the results of a so-called 'legal' and 'legitimate' hierarchical powerful force that does anything and everything it wants and claims to be just.
how can you legitimize the state or a powerful authority that is out of your control? if you are peaceful, how can you legitimize an institution who can only exist via coercion and/or violence? didn't anyone teach you to mind your business? namaste? or that you should only focus on what YOU can control? or that to make the world a better place starts with YOU?
the only conscious metaphysical evolution will be the recognition that any involuntary organization of man that exists under the threat of violence (meaning those who consciously choose not to participate are punished), where people are forced to pay for war or anything they do not choose - is an impossible way for peace, tolerance, cooperation, and sustainability on this planet.
