    This is more along the lines of what Nest are doing, rather than Apple outwardly building houses, no?

    My folks rented a place a couple of years ago here in London for a couple of weeks - a new build penthouse in East London - and ignant teuchter that I am, I was more impressed by the built-in functionality for docking iPhones and such than the [fairly grim] East London views. I still live in the late 90s in absolute tech terms.
