    I really want a dog but I know the most responsible thing to do is to wait until a few months after I finish a move across country. But then comes the holidays which I'd have to fly back for. Flying around with a young puppy is no fun. I'd probably rather wait until it's 4-5 months old and better trained. There's a pet store around the corner giving away free puppies around the counter because they are going out of business. Every time I walk by it's a test of will and strength.
