    • I know what you mean, however, its a Scorcese thing, and I suppose this almost screams needs to be portrayed in such a caricature way.... (valentim
    • ^ Scorcese did 1 episode.fadein11
    • the thing of changing the band names (but its obvious who they mean) or not mentioning the band but referring to the singer "mr plant" i really didn't like...kingsteven
    • as much as I love lee ranaldo the soundtrack sounded like that *changed the chords just enough to avoid paying licencing* sync music vibe to it too... ughhkingsteven
    • i had problems with some of the casting too, Bobby Cannavale and James Jagger in particular. Olivia Wilde and Ray Romano were really good though...kingsteven
    • i mean, it was good... but it seemed compromised.kingsteven
    • Scorcese directed the first one, but he is the Executive producer of the series, right?valentim
    • I thing most of the changes to band names/songs or characters has to do with copyright issues and so...valentim
    • yeah, but i mean it was like they had a lawyer on the writing team telling them how far they could go... but the semi-fictionality didn't add anything to it.kingsteven
