Sansa didn't tell Jon about the Knights of the Vale for three reasons:

    1. She couldn't know for sure if they were coming or if they'd arrive in time.

    2. Jon made it clear he was unwilling to wait until they had superior numbers, and refused to understand that Ramsay would see through any strategy he could gin up. Giving him command of the Vale's forces would probably have gotten them slaughtered.

    3. When Ramsay said (in effect) "I'm a part of you now" he was right: Sansa sees Jon as a threat to her position as heir to Winterfell (both of their claims are dubious, but he is the *son*) so, as with her speech about Rickon being killed before it happened, she already saw Jon as dead. Check her smile as she leaves Ramsay to be eaten.
