the recycle truck hasn't been by in 3 weeks and the recycle bins are really filling up out back. as the trash guy came i mentioned it to him and he really didn't have an answer. instead he emptied the recycle bins in the garbage truck in order to help.. i was like wtf?! kinda defeats the point, eh?
