    @IRNlun6

Judge Curiel is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, a bar association of Latino lawyers. The group’s main focus is on increasing diversity and equality in the legal field, said Luis Osuna, the president of the organization.

The lawyers’ group and Judge Curiel are not affiliated with a national advocacy and civil-rights organization called the National Council of La Raza. That organization has vigorously criticized Mr. Trump. Some Trump backers appear to have confused the two groups.

    • I don't see how belonging to a group like that would disqualify him, unless you are saying Trump is against Latinos somehow.yuekit
    • Even conservatives are calling him out for misleading people

      yuekit
    • his actions in the trail plus the group associated. not the group by itself.yurimon
    • Perfectly reasonable to question the partiality of a judge who has ties to a special interests lawyers association helping 'undocumented' migrants.IRNlun6
    • This is in direct conflict with Trumps policy to build a wall. The left and it's few anti-Trump conservatives, are dangerously ceasing this to label him racistIRNlun6
    • It's no worse than belonging to the "Asian American Association" or something like that.yuekit
    • This same judge prosecuted the Mexican cartels and was targeted for assassination because of it. But he's suspect because he belongs to a Latino group?yuekit
    • They're choosing to force a racial narrative to win an election which as a consequence is causing violence at political rallies.IRNlun6
    • It's a little ridiculous isn't it? As far as I can tell only thing he did wrong was preside over a case that Trump might lose.yuekit
    • IRNlun6, how can you not see that Trump is one that brought race into it? If he is confident in his legal case, he should just let it play out.yuekit
    • A latino group who helps undocumented migrants. Same questions would stand if it was an asian group who helped undocumented migrants.IRNlun6
    • If the case is strong against him, I would think they'd do their best to not bring into question Trumps right to a fair trial.IRNlun6
    • Here's the thing. No one voting for Trump cares. Lol... this is moot. He's going to win, because he is not hillary
      ********
    • It's a silly argument. Trump himself has probably had more involvement with illegal foreign workers than this lawyers group, and no indication the judge wasyuekit
    • personally involved. Also the first thing Trump brought up was not even the lawyers group but just "he's a Mexican."yuekit
    • It's not bringing into question right to a fair trial because this argument would get laughed out of court. Notice that Trump's legal team has not actuallyyuekit
    • attempted to get judge dismissed. Instead it seems like an attempt to discredit the legal process in the eyes of his supporters in the event that he is foundyuekit
    • guilty of fraud.yuekit
    • It resulted from the judge releasing sealed documents related to case. I'll admit it's an effective attack against Trump, I just find it insidious and dangerousIRNlun6
    • The judge discredited the legal process by making a political decision over a judicial one.yurimon
    • Do you guys have enough knowledge of the legal process to know if that's in any way unusual? If anything was done wrong Trump can appeal, no need toyuekit
    • attack judge personally and talk about him being Mexican. Extremely irresponsible coming from someone who wants to be President. Do we want next generationyuekit
    • of kids growing up with this guy as their role model? lolyuekit
    • it was made out to be a personal attack, but there is validity in the choices this judge made. wood not trust.yurimon
    • It's the 'personal attack' that makes Trump ridiculous... regardless if he had a point to make. His 'point' is often lost in sound bites of stupidity.PonyBoy
    • Delivery is everything... w/Donny you are either offended or you LOVE what he's saying... there will be NO BALANCE if this fuck gets in office.PonyBoy
    • balance of what exactly?yurimon
    • pretty simple, yuri... He rubs many folks the wrong way and makes it impossible to have a real conversation when he's lacking understanding...PonyBoy
    • ... or even worse: treating whoever he's dealing with like they're the little guy in the locker room. He's a bully, dude... either you like him or hate him.PonyBoy
    • Prob is he's a 'right wing' bully... Hillz is a bully too... but she not from the right... she'll get more of a pass. W/Trump we will see constant protests.PonyBoy
    • I said it in another note... all three candidates are shit. I just see Trump creating the most unstable (unbalanced) environment.PonyBoy
    • but we have an unbalanced environment coming out of ob. if you look at SJW and PC of universities, is not exactly balance either. most people are used to itprobyurimon
    • live n see what happens. i'm still debating if its an act or he is really like this in life, business or he can change up his approach.yurimon
    • if all 3 candidates are like this then is it a result of dumbing down? like news papers using simpler english to get more readership because of comprehension.yurimon
