  i would go to a place called Casa Patas, it's restaurant in the front and has the most amazing Flamenco in the back. It's not a tourist trap it's the real deal.

  True. There's also Casa Labra (right in the center, very near Gran Vía and Sol) for the best codfish you've ever eaten.
