So Khaleesi emerged unscathed from the fire-- I don't see why that means she must ALWAYS be immune to fire. Maybe it is an on-again-off-again power that comes when needed because she is destined to be blahblahblah. She knew she wouldn't be burned not because she is NEVER burned, but because she knew this was the only way to do what she needed to do and kill all those mofos with no weapons or dragons.
For ppl to think that all targarians are immune to fire just because of khaleesi is obviously a false logical leap
- I assumed fireproof was just her thing.BabySnakes
- GRRM doesn't even stay consistent with his own lore. She didn't get burned when she had the Dragons blow fire under her arms and burn the unsullied owner.ETM
- GRRM said the birth of her dragons and the fire resistance was a magical event, and would not happen again... and then she's immune to fire again.ETM
- Wait, maybe it wasn't the unsullied owner, can't recall, but this scene:

- Doesn't matter. My pic above is early stuff and clearly a normal person can't simple have dragon fire under their armpits...ETM
- ^^ yeah I was basically responding to vwsung's article posted earliersarahfailin
