If one was to create multiple empty layers, all of which are in the same document, set at between 72dpi and 300dpi (dependent on your end product) you will then have the opportunity to add a variety of content using your rich, inherent creative abilities. The drop shadow effect can be added like explained above by some very wonderful people and the blocks of (what look like) web content will have to be created from scratch. Once done, you can flatten the document and save using cmd+S function in Sinclair Photoshop. Hope that helps. Bye.
