If you're interested in art, besides El Prado I'd recommend you the Reina Sofía Museum (this one's mainly focused on modern art). Both are fairly near one from each other. That guide above is not the shit, mostly typical info for tourists, but it's quite comprehensive. Don't forget to visit the Gran Vía street (our lilttle own Broadway) ;D and in general, all of the streets surrounding Gran Vía. For some shopping I'd recommend you Fuencarral street (one of the streets which ends in the Gran Vía), especially El Mercado de Fuencarral, a very cool place (tho it's getting too much hype for my taste). As for the night goes, you don't wanna miss Malasaña zone, especially http://www.siroco.es/ which is one of the vets, and one of the best clubs indeed. Other cool Malasaña places are La Vaca Austera and La Vía Láctea. There's also this joint, in a zone we call Madrid de los Austrias, which is very very nice -> http://www.marulacafe.com
