    ^ Could be a lot faster on both machines if Adobe would fucking optimize their sluggish software. I mean InDesign still running on one core etc. WAT

    • Adobe apps rely more and more on the GPU to do zooming, panning etc. They run like absolute shit on the laptop chips Apple use in iMacs.face_melter
    • On my last iMac I installed beta drivers from nVidia to try an eke out extra % of performance because the Apple drivers are so out of date.face_melter

    • Now I have a PC with a proper gfx card, Adobe performance is like night and day, across the board.face_melter

    • I roll my gorgeous green eyes when they bang on about their 4/5K displays when it's only a 2GB card running them. Good luck doing anything remotely heavy.face_melter
