  • freedom, what happens is this. The kids you thought were your kin and buds, you end up realizing are massive losers. They have to prey on others as roommates

  • not only for fiscal reasons (bulk savings) with rent or shared mortgage (far worse idea), but since socially inept they end up being attention leaches
