- Here are some techniques I use:
1.use nearest neighbor when scaling
2.Download a 16bit color palette
3.use muliple adjustmen layers of !00% tintatslopes - 4.to get a symetrical look, cut the photo in half,and duplicate
5.Don't use photos over 500 pixels
6. use index color to define colors
7.use a wacom tabletatslopes
