I just baked baby back ribs for 4 hours and just finished them off on the grill. Holy crap. They were gone before I could take a picture. I will take step by step pics soon since I bought an extra rack. Hallelujah when good sales come around I stock the freezer.
I also recently made corned beef, also on sale. I nice slow cook and it's stupid good.
