I need to pick one and stick with it, So do we have a final verdict?
Tidal = best sound quality?
Spotify = largest library?
Apple music = ?
- Amazon Music is the best deal.********
- as long as you are a Prime member********
- Wait what? Seriously?HijoDMaite
- Tidal's claim of "best quality" is a bunch of bullshit!utopian
- http://www.qbn.com/r…utopian
- Audiophile friend of mine was testing it a few weeks back and he thinks it's better than Spotify. I'll have to check with him again.HijoDMaite
- Let's say for "shits and giggles" that the sound quality from Tidal is superior. Do you really think that your ears can hear the difference?utopian
- ...or that the digital sound systems and speakers that you are listening to can decipher the difference in sound quality?utopian
- Prob not. Lets see in car it's bluetooth through phone or siriusxm. At work its phone using data and earbuds. And home its vinyl or phone and bluetooth speaker.HijoDMaite
- On my equipment utopian it's incredibly obvious. Spotify sounds shitty compared to my less compressed sources. No contest.monospaced
- all streaming services use lossy codecs. If you really care about audio quality then you gotta buy a CD/SACD or vinyl.mekk
- @mekk, that's correct! CD quality at least to get a real dynamic range and claritymonospaced
- I like Apple music cos it's easy. Spotify's interface is awful. Tidal is well... I dunno what it's supposed to be.inteliboy
- Google music?pango
- I like Spotify because they curate the best stuff aimed at discovery and have the best playlists. Interface doesn't bother me.monospaced
- Antifreeze them offers offline listening?pango
- *any of them...pango
- Lol pango how did "any" become "antifreeze" hahahHijoDMaite
- iPhone man... I have no idea...pango
- Spotify. By far the best library. I have Tidal, but i miss Spotify.jagara
- Rdio is underrated!jagara
- Amazon Music is the best deal.
