    • Yes, a buddy of mine thought kickboxing there once. They don't allow any kind of contact other then on bags. No pad work unless you pay for a private lesson.BK
    • Pretty good if you're looking for cardio/ weight loss, but awful if you're actually looking to learn to fight anything that's not a heavy bag.BK
