Maybe I'm not understanding, but how could a single calibrator calibrate two displays at once? It can only read one at a time, and since each display has different characteristics, there seems no point in attempting to use one calibration on another.

- make sure you name your new color profile for each monitor properly. include monitor name in the profile name.pango
