We have this guy in the office who is brilliant with his work, yet he doesn't get along with 95% of the staff. He brings in a lot of revenue so the boss won't get rid of him but they say he's got a big ego. He treats his coworkers not like coworkers, but more like servants he wants to bend to their knees.
- He has to learn. either the easy way with a manager actually managing him, or the hard way: someone above him calling him on it and being punished.monospaced
