    yeah, the blood splatter is low and against the wall to the person's right, like the person was sitting down writing and was shot in the left side of the head. gun is in the right hand.

    • Person could have been facing away from the desk. Need to see head wound. Glasses are off on the desk, so less chance they were reading or writing at desk.ETM
    • Cigarette and ash tray are on left, however, many smokers use their opposite hand to smoke to keep other hand free.ETM
    • Actually drink and pen are on the left, too. So person IS left handed. Still murder. Shell casing on desk is odd.ETM
