I love the idea of the small, printed booklets to handout and leave behind. They don't have to be extremely fancy and expensive, which gets the really pretentious part out of the equation, and they can be anything you want them to be if you have great photos and some decent copy to accompany the pieces. Of course, this works best if you're more of a print designer. I've used this method a few times and it leaves a great impression.
