please disregard the sensationalized misinformation in the previous post. whether you or blind or not, it is completely illegal to brandish a firearm. Brandishing is a legal term that means using a gun for intimidation in any situation that does not legally justify the use of lethal force. just because you are ignorant about guns and are scared of them like the yuppies that you are, doesn't mean that open carrying constitutes brandishing, it does not. whether or not a blind person can do more good than harm with a gun would be an interesting conversation, too bad the article obfuscated all meaning and instead proceeded to mischaracterize the entire issue
