last may I bought 3 new phones at once... an upgrade for me, one for my wife and one for my brother.
before it was just me on the plan.. so I only had one phone / one phone number insured.
when I bought the 3 phones the guy at the store made a cleric error and UNCHECKED MY PHONE but kept the other 2 new phones insured. Doesn't make much sense that I would buy 3 devices and only insure 2 especially when the 3rd phone was the original... yes?
well, I caught the error months ago and called the phone company to fix it... they said they handled it.
2 months go by, I check the plan out of curiosity and the phone is STILL NOT INSURED...
I call the company AGAIN... this time upset of course (and they understood) and they assured me I was insured.
Just got off the phone with them as I needed to FILE A CLAIM... dude tells me I never got insurance for the third fucking device...
... THREE FUCKING TIMES I TRIED TO GET INSURED... all three times the fucking check box never took when it was clicked????? WHAT THE FUCK??

mother fuckers aren't helping me one bit either... I just went through a massive run-around w/why they can't help me... ... and I MADE THE MISTAKE of telling them the phone was broken... I should have called to verify insurance for the third time...
... SO... FUCKING... AGGGGGGRAVATING... UGH... I FEEL SICK...
On top of this aggravation I think I'm moving on from Apple devices / machines for a while... they're made quite poorly these days.... face_melter's post has me inspired to go back to my old PC ways too (used to love building / maintaining my own)
