    Became a dad on Jan 6 2015. So, pretty much everything changed. New responsibilities, new priorities, more love for someone than I ever thought possible. Also finally committed to getting in shape and eating well. Started biking to work 3 days a week. Multiple gym workouts each week. Lost about 16 lbs from 192 - 175 between September and December. Dropped my body fat from 22.9 - 17.6 as of December. Life is good!
