Hello hello,
So here is what I made,
last year during the heatwave, all the fuckn fans were soldout so I threw together a quick fan with some carton circle and duct tape,I have a 3D printer now so I decided to revisit this project.
My plan was to remake it in the most streamlined way possible, no cover, no wasted plastic and especially the parts should be small enough to be printed while you do other prints at the same time. if you want to do a single print fits in a 10cmX11cm space and can be done in an 40min, depending of your print speedhere's what I drew at work,
here's the result, the fan is made from leftover computer fans, I'll remake the cabling tonight and add a switch,
TLDR: I made a crappy fan less crappy
- i'm not seeing where the parts you made fit. that was a trick question! I thought the parts you made were the whole thingGnash
- still awesome :) I love your enthusiasm for creatingGnash
- maybe make larger legs for the front so it points up at you?scarabin
- or adjustable onesscarabin
- ah, I see the legs nowGnash
- @scar: yeah def a food idea to include another sets of legs
@Gnash: should have been clearer, I printed the legs and spacersgeorgesIII - I see it now :) where's the long squiggly thing?Gnash
- Why stop at two fans? 6 fans would like double the blow.kona
