Many pages ago I was posting about some really hard break ups. In short I am 35 and have really only been single maybe 2 years total since I was 18 . I was a teen dad
The whole dating scene is like a pool of rejects and over achievers but I am getting good at being single ... the choice to be able to just call and go on a date with a friend or an interest is what I refer to , I am no Tom Brady but have finally build a confidence level and it feels good is all . Being in a relationship so long and jumping into a bad one after a bad one was demoralizing
But now I like the whole thing now , like you just sit back and watch , you let things happen and not happen . No rules, no direct reports .
also on the reject side

- It's all about finding your comfort. Some find it in being in (the RIGHT) relationship; others find it in being single.Krassy
- This indeed is relevant to my interest (going through a separation at the moment)Maaku
