To echo fade's sentiment a little about it not being long enough, feeling rushed and characters not being as fleshed out as they could, I hear what he's saying but I also think we've been spoiled in that regard because of all the top quality TV series.
If you compare star wars to game of thrones for example, i think the star wars universe is vastly larger, way more characters and way more stories to tell but they have to condense it into 7 2 hour movies, whereas GOT has 5 seasons x 10 1hour episodes, so they have the luxury of better story telling and development.
I do wish SW would get a similar treatment but it is what it is and i think it's great.
