Maxwell Render.
It's been close to five years since I last used it professionally because it's absolute fucking garbage - inflexible, slow, and crashtastic to the point where it verges on being a war crime. But now i'm getting pure PTSD due to working on some views shat out by one of the architects. No, wait one of the fucking engineers. What's that? Your render has been running for 14 hours and it's *still* blurry and full of noise? Oh, hey, how's that Material ID channel looking? it only has five colours for 20+ materials? Great!
Trying to save the original render puts such a massive fucking wrinkle in my workflow it veers towards the awesome - in the proper sense of the word.
It can totally get fucked.
