Dude.
First off, that sucks and I'm sorry.
But please take this advice, especially if you want a shot to get back.
Relax.
In my experience I have found that sometimes it's a power thing, I hate to say it, but it is. Just relax, and the truth will float to the top.
Unfortunately when we are vunerable, it seems that people just can't help but F**k us over more.
