What would you recommand?
The cheapest/good lens for a Canon DSLR for doing macro photography?
- don't buy cheap lenses. go rent a good one for the job.uan
- the expensive 100mm f2.8 IS L has probably the best optical quality I have ever seen.uan
- You have a 50mm 1.8? Look at extension tubes. A pain in the ass to work with, and somewhat limited range, but for extreme macro, it's the cheapest way.********
- Uh, depends on the camera body, too. Some bodies won't operate with tubes.********
