  TL;DR: No, Mulcair is making up facts.

  It annoys me that so many of my friends are voting NDP no matter how shitty Mulcair is as a person/leader. Harper is worse, of course, but that doesn't make Mulcair good. The lesser of all electable evils, at this point, seems to be Justin Trudeau.
