    Craigslist

    I found someone great on there. Took a while, but I made an extremely detailed description and asked them to describe/dissect a few great WP examples, what it would take to duplicate, etc. This differentiated the template gang from the real developers pretty quickly. It also helped demonstrate how professional someone was.
