Like i've said in a side comment earlier, we can say wathever we want, Apple wins in the end. Its a business game and they're better than the other. End of the story.
They may copy other's technology but people seems to care more when its Apple releasing it. So what? What does it mean? Thats means Apple is better than the other at the business game and their corporate identity/attachement/marketing is stronger and better. That's it.
People tend to forget it's a business game, lots of money involved.
