    OMG "Stephen Harper isn't perfect, but..." HAHAHAHA

    This is so hilarious. It appears to be shot handheld (more realism!) but it's clearly lit with electric light. Why would the camera crew set up lights, but forget to use a simple tripod? Lulz.
