Go into your preferences and change the StartUp Disk to be OSX.

I was trying to reinstall / restore os9 last night since that wasn't running right. I can't install or restore. It goes though the whole process and then I get the flashing question mark when I restart.
The only reason I messed with os9 in the first place was that Classic wouldn't run and I couldn't install any apps or updates to os9 (it said it couldn't find the system folder). The Mac help said restore os9 and it wouldn't affect osx I believe.
