It'll take some time to get used to.
And once you're able to actually move your cursor to the browser icon and open up NT (after about a week of practising), you'll realise that the refresh button is really hard to hover when you're a little shaky, so by then, after a little bit of swearing and a lot of slapping, you would have detached your fancy new mouse, threw it out the window and installed your old mouse again and finally be able to get some work done.
