Do's and Don'ts? Nutrition? Eat before, after?...
I want to start this week and see how things feel in 7 days.
- start on a treadmill. stretch, warm up fast walk or on bike in a gym. eating i guess would depend when you work out.yurimon
- dont over due and gauge your progress. some treadmills will read your heartbeat which is useful to makes sure you dont over do it.yurimon
- make sure you have the right shoes for your foot arch. you want a better arch if you are more flatfoot. practice a good stride. not too jumpy makesure your formyurimon
- is good.yurimon
- No treadmill.bklyndroobeki
- gym. im telling you because running on concrete is pretty harsh. best surface environment i ever ran on was astro turn. even running track i found was too bouncyurimon
- for the knees. running on real grass however too uneven.yurimon
- Did yurimon just suggest running on a treadmill or a bike in a gym? HAHAHAHA. There's a whole world out there...********
- I imagined you'd find running in a treadmill or riding a bike that doesn't go anywhere, while watching TV, as ridiculous as I do.********
- to start. concrete running is really bad broh.
astro turf is the best so far.yurimon - I didn't dispute that. Concrete is undoubtedly bad to run on.********
- I've done the treadmill before. While they are great I sometimes feel like I'm a hampster. Nothing like a 6a run on a park path.bklyndroobeki
- Ride a bike instead?section_014
