MAN SHOT IN THE HEAD AT CITY DINER
A 24-year-old man was shot in the head by another man around 3:45 a.m. Thursday inside City Diner at 90th street and Broadway.
The shooter walked into the diner and ordered corn beef hash and eggs when he saw the victim sitting in a booth with a woman; he went over and asked “Do I know you from somewhere?” police told the Post. The two spoke and then the shooter left the restaurant. He returned and paid for his order — the video below shows him waiting for his order, police said — but before leaving he went by the victim’s table again and shot him point-blank in the head. The bullet apparently grazed his head and he was able to get himself to the hospital, where he was listed in stable conditionThe shooter is described as a black man in his 20′s who is about 6 feet tall.
