I let some other idiot do my work while looking super stressed.
No, jokes aside, I try not to work too much. I may sound picky but I also don't except huge salaries, bonuses or a monster career. I am happy with not being always first. I am confident that my work is honored and well-respected within my colleagues and that my work place is safe.
I also bike to work and, this might be the most important thing, I don't have debts or huge responsibilities.

My mom had a burnout some years ago, followed by a deep depression that almost made her kill herself. She's still recovering five years later. Side note, she has to fight more than burnout, but the initial breakdown was her burnout. I decided not to wok my ass of then.
When my granddad died, he didn't say "man, that one day in june 1978, I wish I would have stayed a bit longer in the office"
