Websites for places like this are about usability: the point is to show prospective clients the space and its benefits.
1. simplify navigation - not everyone understands the 3 lines as "menu"
2. loose opening screen video - it doesn't do shit for you
3. SHOW the offices - this is number one reason why anyone would visit the website (number 1!!!!)
4. if available show price ranges - the office looks swank so many start ups will be put off thinking that the space is more expensive then they can afford
5. tell me (in text) why you are better then others
