    One thing that worked once was when i tried DHA and PABA together. tried for a week. was great unless it was psychosomatic. not sure.

    I think a good diet with good proteins and quality fats, like fish, bone marrow, minerals, juicing, also vitamins that contribute to good brain body chemistry, no stress and sleep will be best over the nootropics. exercise and dont forget intellectual stimulation, challenge, learning. sunshine, etc n things that grow receptors. positive outlook on life. happiness... elements of a good life.
