  I like the Oldest/Newest thing, and perhaps I'll get used to the upside down ordering of the Newest postings, but I prefer the format of another forum I use, wherein the default ordering is 'Newest' but instead of reversing the order, simply defaults the page to the latest one, maintaining narrative flow.
