if you move into an apartment, and it's the landlords job to FIX things that are broken (no matter what beef the other guy has w/ the landlords who is on the lease w/ you), do you just call the LL to fix it w/o consulting the housemate?
water is flooding like crazy. he rigged some shit up outside and it's not working. i'm vacuuming up water and putting towels down 3-6x's a day in our kitchen.
he's been here for 3 years, i just signed a lease w/ him 4 mos ago. the landlords suck (interpersonally) but they will do their jobs.
i need to have my own 1br/studio again.
- call the landlord, inform of flood. get popcorn and wait for plumber. is there floor below? watch ceiling collapse.yurimon
