congrats! I'm going on year 11 of being on my own... been looking at desk gigs quite a bit lately as I'm about to get married. The idea of focusing on what you actually enjoy sounds lovely... I'M SICK of business / meeting side. :-/
Keep us posted over the next few months on how it's working out... if you're acclimating / getting along w/the folks you are now forced to see daily etc.
