Hourly, in 15 minute increments. Tell him it will cost less if he can send you a quantity of updates at once. That saves you headaches and saves him a few bucks (takes time to open, reorganize, etc.).
- what fadein says too, if it's super simple, like changing some text, give it for free for a good client, they'll appreciate itformed
