    Personally I would like to have...

    - public forum
    - ability to navigate to first or last post (by clicking either the title or the post count number)
    - ability to favourite topics and view list
    - dog ear function
    - very light moderation (spam, serious abuse)

    Maybes...

    - open membership
    - edit post function - (?)
    - favourite posts (?)

    • I too thought the timer thing is ideal, just for spelling corrections. I think we're getting ahead of ourselves though hahset
    • +1. As long as people are willing to devote the time to moderate (fairly), I think open membership is goodukit2
    • It might be possible to build in automated constraints against spam like Reddit does...more advanced feature thoughukit2
    • I like free speech. I'd only ever delete serious abuse and spam personally.set
